ABOUT

My roots go deep in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia...

Dreama Anderson

The Anderson family has lived in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia for over 200 years.  The cool beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains is in my DNA. The verdant lushness of the countryside is as beautiful now as in the memories of my youth.

After graduating from Virginia Tech I moved away from Augusta County and began a 25 year career in Sales Management, Operations and Marketing, living in New York, Washington DC and Charleston SC.

I returned to the Shenandoah Valley in 2010, and began to plan my next pursuit. While I was gone, Augusta County grew into a thriving, diverse, and cosmopolitan community with a focus on the arts, and a variety of theater, music, and art festivals.

There is also a renewed interest in “farm to table” and locally sourced ingredients.  A burgeoning restaurant trade including many new cafes and brew pubs.

I am proud to say that Staunton was ranked number 5 on the list of top 50 small American towns. As word gets out, people from all over the country come to visit and experience all that Augusta County has to offer, and many decide to stay.  As someone who cares deeply about Staunton and the surrounding areas, I am uniquely positioned to help you find your perfect home.

I know every nook and cranny of the Shenandoah Valley like the back of my hand, and my years living in America’s largest cities give me a sophisticated eye for detail and an appreciation for fine architecture.  I will show up early and work late.  I will listen to you and be your partner during the home buying process.

If you are selling your home, please know that I take everything I have ever learned about sales and marketing and use it as a competitive advantage to sell your home quickly and for the best price possible.

This isn't a part-time job for me.  I am a full time, seven day a week Realtor.  I take my career and my reputation seriously.  I will work very hard to earn your respect and trust.  And honestly, at the end of the sale I hope I also earn your friendship.

So whether you are looking to sell your Victorian in town, buy a stately home in the suburbs or purchase a farm in the county; whether it is a retirement home, a second home or you just want to move to one of the top 5 towns in the US, you can trust me to find you that special place that makes you feel like you have finally come home.
